Hello, signed up for and activated Home 5G internet back on 08/22. Was looking to redeem the promo for the free Samsung Chromebook Go. Chatted with a live agent who assured me that they had filed out a form and that I would receive an email with link and code to redeem offer by 08/30. Day comes and goes and nothing, so I ask another live agent who basically says the same thing. Its not 09/02 and still nothing in my email. Seems others are having similar issues. Can we finally get a straight answer?
