So my data is completely gone on my Thunderbolt, no 4g, no 3g, not even 1x? Any one else having this problem today? What is going on, is there another outage?
Have you powercycled or pulled the battery, replaced and powered up the device again?
ive powecycled a few times, ill try pulling the battery
no good, still has no connection to data
it resolved itself after a few minutes, the battery pull worked, thank you
