Word is that the older 4G LTE Network Extenders are being phased out. Could be yours was affected by this phase out. You might need to upgrade to the newer version and may be able to get a replacement at no cost.
SOSkar, sorry you're having some trouble with the Network Extender. I'm sending you a Private Note so we can work on this further together.
