I have been trying to resolve this issue for over 2 weeks. I received the original email and it was sent to a yahoo email address associated with my Verizon account. I received an error message and can't redeem the offer. The issue was escalated twice. Called and was told I had have a gmail address associated with my account. Changed my email in my Verizon account and over 3 days since I did that, still no email. I am receiving plenty of other marketing emails to that address, of course! I have been told 2 separate times to wait for a new email to redeem and still nothing. Games are on tomorrow and we still can't redeem.
Unacceptable.
