I am trying to set up home internet with Verizon Fios. Whenever I try to set up a plan, or view my account information, or click "Change My Plan", I get redirected to a screen saying "Please Contact the Verizon Local Business Office." along with the number "1-800-VERIZON." I tried to get help with this, but to no avail -- I am close to just canceling my account and getting Xfinity.
