Call filter blocking calls and not letting them send a voicemail

I have spam call filter subscription for free. It was working well on my iPhone. But now it’s blocking all non contact callers. And it says it’s filtering calls and to leave a voicemail. But it doesn’t let them leave a message. So I’m not getting any calls from places like a service center call I requested. I tried disabling all the setting for it in my iPhone.

Any ideas besides unsubscribe if?
