Verizon never received trade in kit

I sent in the trade in kit to Verizon but on Verizon end they said they never received my trade in online. I have proof of delivery.

Also have watch trade in and UPS delivered last week and submission shows nothing

UPS delivered trade in last week to Verizon and still not reflected on submission status

I have never received it. I have been looking for it
