iPhone 15 Upgrade

Trying to upgrade to 15 pro max and pay the difference to satisfy the 50% requirement. App won’t allow it, requires full purchase price of new phone. Stopped in a corporate store and we are told we would have to trade our phone it immediately in order to preorder. Doesn’t make sense.

As my previous comment outlines the system is not permitting the option for the prepay. It only allows the full payment of the new device. The balance is 199.00 when trying to complete the transaction is requires the phones total purchase price.

Furthermore the system does not allow you to select the device for trade in. As your link outlines the Verizon system is failing for this option.
