I'm having the same problem. I received the email on 9/12 and have been unable to redeem after 3 more subsequent “tickets” generated with empty promise after empty promise. . I have spoken with several verizon support members for hours , who cannot help. They said I would receive an email, or that it will show up online or in the app but I have yet to receive a redemption email or code. I switched specifically for this promotion. I'm really frustrated. Tomorrow is Sunday and I want to ensure I will have access! Make this right Verizon. False advertisement is not legal.
