Just downloaded and installed Samsung system update release on 9.16.2023. All my photos have been deleted after patch was completed.
Kennybeal3, can you share more details on what you were using for photos on your device, such as what app? Additionally are you using a cloud or backup service?

We're sorry to hear that you're still waiting on a reply, Kennybeal3. I know I would be shocked if all my photos had been lost with a software update. I see we reached out a couple of days ago. Do you know if you had your photos backed up anywhere? What app were you using for photos with your device?
