How to set turn off 5G and set 4G default

I do service throughout rural North Dakota where 5G won't be for awhile, I would like to set my phone to connect to 4G or lower only.

When I go into Settings, Connections, Mobile networks, Network mode, I can switch from Automatic to Manual, but get this list of options:

Verizon, Extended, 313100, Roam, 311490

Please help me understand what each of these are for and which is best when 5G networks are available all day, most days.

I have the same problem with my S22 ultra. I need access to 4g for apps I use in my business.
