I have been getting several email over the past month telling me I have a "for you on us" offer for a free Samsung TV, I tried following the instructions but there is nowhere in my account where this offer shows up. Every email tells me I have X amount of days to redeem but I can not find it and only have 3 days left to claim it. VZW Samsung TV Offer

What happens if the tv i want to claim is out of stock and I don't want the other one? What happens if the tv is out of stock after the claim window?
