We have the Verizon Smart family app that I use to monitor my 4 kids app usage and time spent online. They did the update yesterday which changed the look of the whole app. All family members had to update their app and pair. Only. 4 out of the 6 of us did. When I was viewing my 16 year old daughters web and app activity it showed she had spent 25 minutes on Grindr. When I asked her she stated she didn’t even know what Grindr was. I immediately searched her phone, as well as the App Store to see if it was listed in her purchases and searched the App Store and it displayed Get as though it had never been downloaded. 1. On the app is there a way you can tell if it was used on an app or the internet? And 2. since it was updated could it be sending one of the other family members info instead of hers? We do have a 20 year old son who hasn’t paired his yet. I have seen before on the app showing the wrong persons location under another family members profile.
