Where can I find the current trade in value for my iPhone. Every avenue I find takes me back to either completing the trade in process or a long useless chat with a customer service rep wanting to tell me the balance I owe on my devices. I know that total. What I want to know is what is an iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 in good condition going to get from Verizon.

I sent it the trade in device to Verizon and they adjusted the trade in value from $830 to $0 without any reason!!!!
for sure I am sent out the right device with good condition and the correct imei
