I’m having issues redeeming my stream tv soundbar. Each time I click redeem it says an error has occurred and to please try again later. I spoke with someone who seemed to have figured it out and said I’d be getting an email within a few days, but that was a week ago. I was wondering if anyone has successfully redeemed their stream tv soundbar, and if so, how did you do so? Verizon chat support has been zero help with the issue.
