In Feb 2023, I upgraded both phones on my account and sent the old phones back, separately, through UPS. One of them was received, one of them was not.
UPS tracking stated that the package was delivered to the dock, however it was damaged, and the box was empty.
I have chatted with 3 different Verizon Wireless representatives about this and each one assures me that a ticket is being put in along with a promo fallout form and I will receive credit in 2-3 billing cycles. It is now October and I still haven't seen any credits on my account. Meanwhile, I'm being charged $22.22 for the past 6 months , totaling $133.32, and counting.
What do I have to do to get some one competent to resolve this for me?
I went to the UPS depot where I originally dropped off the package and they told me that this happens ALL the time. There was a claim initiated and yet for some reason Verizon never completes the claim . You are insured for a reason.
And from what I see on the community boards, I am not the first person to whom this happens!
Please, could someone resolve this?
