After hours and hours of trying to figure out which plan was right for my family, I added international plans to my two phones and when I returned I cancelled both. I thought I was cancelling the 30 day plan, not cutting off the plan (there's no pro-ration option so it doesn' t make sense to cancel early). I just didn't want it to renew. Because I inadvertently cancelled the plan the other person was still overseas so I was charged per-minute international rates.
How can I avoid this expensive problem in the future? How do you cancel the international plan without cutting it off too soon? Do you have a web page that gives clear instructions on which plans to order and how to manage them? I was so careful to ensure we had international coverage throughout our travels.
Thanks for your advice.
