I have had my Samsung Galaxy S21 for 2 1/2 years.
Shouldn't it be paid for?
Yet my bill went up $20
Pbailey46, we'd be happy to shed some light on your billing concerns, and take a closer look at your account. To better assist, we'll be sending a Private Note.

Can you help me regarding this question?
The best way to figure out what happened is to compare your previous month's statement with your current month's statement. Verizon itemizes the bill out to show where charges are coming from.
Some legacy plans had a per-phone/per-device price hike recently by means of administrative fees. These should show up in the bill separately from your base plan cost. Likewise, any phone financing, rentals, or insurance, will show up as a line item on the bill.
If the plan went up due to being on a legacy plan, you can stick with what you have, or see if one of Verizon's newer plans work out cheaper and give you the things you need.
Jt196, help is here as we can provide you the info you are looking for. To see your remaining device payment balance sign in to My Verizon to view your Device Overview page. Select Manage to view the remaining balance for that device.
Please let us know if this helps.
