I have been trying to get information on how to activate the YouTube TV + Sunday ticket deal that I was eligible for when I moved from T-Mobile 4 WEEKS AGO, and I've been getting the run around from support. I've been told 30 days, 3-5 days, 24-48 hours and the last time I called, the agent assured me I would have the information by the "end of the day" and here we are a week later with nothing. Since support keeps hanging up on me, I did the chat where I was told they were escalating it and it would be 2-5 days to be resolved.
Customer service is absolute garbage - they tell me that they are escalating it, but how do I escalate this? What a bait & switch s c am - the season will be over and I'll still be trying to spend hours with their customer support to resolve this.
I need information on how to escalate this immediately to get it resolved.
