Has anyone been able to have their “Grandfathered Unlimited Web and Email” restored?
I started receiving notifications that I went over my data allotment while having unlimited web and email since 2010. I am now on a Data Package/2.
I have spoken to different representatives at Verizon, including the fraud department, but it has been futile.
Could anyone let me know if they were able to go back to their grandfathered plan?
