I am living overseas and I have been trying to terminate my contract for 7 months and the representatives I talked to said they would terminate my contract but it didn’t happen, I’m still being billed every month through auto-pay and I the last representative unregistered my online account so I have no access to it and I can’t talk to anyone anymore because to chat with a representative I need to log in. I don’t know what else to do… I’m being billed every month without using the service.
