Help! My daughter just switched from iPhone 10 to a google pixel 7. We turned off iMessage on her phone and her iPad. Apple does not show her number as an iPhone. She cannot receive messages in a group chat where all users are using I message. They also do not see her messages when she send them. We have popped the sim card and rebooted. Help if you can!
