Hi, Is there a way to be able to retreive the chat transcript?
Good morning. There is no way to retrieve a chat transcript once the chat has been closed.

There is no way, and that is by design. Company does not want consumers to be able to hold them to the word of the various reps we all deal with. My advice, screenshot as you go, and start a folder of images and those can be uploaded and meta data confirmed and verified which can be used in formal future FCC and legal complaints if needed.
