Switcher Rebate

I have been trying to activate my $200 switcher rebate and it looks like I am having the same issue as many other people. Verizon offers a $200 ‘gift card’ and then makes it impossible to actually redeem that ‘offer’. If I am unable to find a solution soon I will be contacting the BBB as others have suggested.

We are in same situation. We ported in 4 lines to Verizon following Sales person promising $200 Switcher Verizon Gift Card. After we ported 4 numbers to Verizon, the port-in agent asked us to register for the gift cards at go.vzw.com/YourRebate, with a Promo Code, but we visited the link, which shows in a flash the rebate status check, then it became unavailable. We tried in several browers and non works and all ended up as "unavailable".

Verizon this big company need to really up its game in honoring its promotion offers. Will write a complaint at BBB if not hearing further from the company.
