My 75 year old parents live in area code 21901. For a year now they have had a sudden dead zone. Their service used to be great, so much so that they used a mobile hotspot for internet. Now their calls regularly drop. It’s not safe. If it’s not fixed we will have to switch to a different provider for their safety. I can’t have them unable to make phone calls. They say they’ve called multiple times and nothing has changed. So I’m trying this.
