Ditto! I signed up with a new Verizon account on November 3 with a iPhone 15 plus max and another line with a brand new iPad. I was told I had to wait 30 days before the offer would be able to be activated on my Verizon profile, a couple weeks ago (40 days POST open new acct) I called y’all’s Cust service team and spent well over an hour on the phone with a super nice guy , but he had no idea what he was doing he tried so hard to figure it out but couldn’t. I am now coming up on the 60day EXPIRATION WINDOW of getting my free Apple TV 4K and I havnt even been sent 1 email stating “my offer is ready” the best answer your rep could give me was “maybe Verizon is really backed up with everyone getting all these free Apple TV 4Ks, maybe wait till after Christmas Eve” lol. I mean… poor guy, he really tried but he was clueless.. so I figured I would post this to the Verizon gods and hope someone, with a clue, can let me know what to do next. Thanks! brittany

Same issue. I was told I would get an email about how to redeem the offer and receive the Apple TV box, but nada. I can’t even get a CS Rep to find the promotion.
I get SO annoyed when trying to call *611, and it’s always closed when you need help, but open when they want my money.
if the 60 day window expires, I’m going to be REALLY ticked off.
Updating my earlier post. Rep was FINALLY able to find the expired promotion, ordered the Apple atavistic, and I even got a confirmation.
Things shouldn’t be this hard.

I have the same issue. I activated 4 new lines on Nov 16. I accepted the Apple One offer on one of the lines - I already have Apple services and I only need 1 Apple TV so I did not activate the other 3. I have not received a code form the free Apple TV 4K yet. Can you help?

DJeannette - is there any chance you’d be will to provide some more info about how you got Verizon to honor the promotion? Did you talk to a regular rep by phone or chat or did you talk to someone in escalation or did posting on this forum do the trick? I have waited 30 days after activation, , reached out via chat and phone, they’ve allegedly escalated twice, the tile is not showing up in my account and the folks I talk to keep telling me the same thing…we have to escalate it. I wait the required number of days and nothing. Thanks in advance!

I still haven’t received mine and it’s been 6 months even though customer service placed the order and calls back to them haven’t been helpful. I just want what Verizon promised. Why is it so difficult to receive a promo that you advertised?
Just like everyone else, I started a new line a year ago and still have not received a device or information on how to use this promotion. Version has increased my bill by 30% over the year and still not provided this promotional offer.
