NFL+ not working

I can no longer access the NFL+ Premium. It worked glitchy for weeks but now It acts like I don't have. membership. I contactedt support from NFL+ and NFL.com but they referred me to Verizon once we verified there were no changes made to my NFL account that would've impacted my subscription. In Verizon the subscription still shows active but still no access. I want a prorated refund and our complete cancellation. I'm super irritated at this point and won't use this service through Verizon every again.

I find your response with "quotes "not very respectful. This is insulting to my intelligence to navigate an issue in the pubic forum. This is happening to lots of people and not a " one off-glitch". I am very technologically proficient as I activated the service as is instructed. The service randomly stopped working after over a month of usage. The burden is on your company to provide the service paid for, or reimburse us. In fact, since service has been disrupted for nearly a 4th of the season ,I should be reimbursed upon your company's failure, and subpart customer service..

I having this issue since last Sunday. My issue was supposed to be escalated but I have yet to hear back on a fix. This is occuring across all my devices (Laptop Smart TV and phone). When I click on the NFL + link from the manage + play site. It shows I have an active subscription but when I click Go to NFL + > (https://id.nfl.com/subscriptions) which is the link in ()

Yep that's my exact same problem. Super annoying. I will file a legal claim if there isn't some remittance on their own for 1) not rendering a service 2) being negligent in response considering the volume of complaints.

Hello Verizon rep. I have spoken with agents about this and each time I either get transferred to the wrong team e.g. YouTube TV support or someone promises to call back with a supervisor.....still waiting or I get disconnected without a call back. Which you know my # no reason for no call back.

This issue is still ongoing for me and others. What are you doing to resolve this issue? Suggestions; 1 Deactivate and reactivate the subscription....see if that works. 2. Verify the email address associated with the service. 3 Verizon (You) open a ticket with NFL support. I was directed to take that action and have but have not heard anything. Next step I guess will be to go to social media to ensure that others understand how completely ineffective Verizon has been in resolving issues for a service that they sale. Lastly if you don't care about this issue simply give us an avenue to get a refund so we can go elsewhere.

NFL customer support says

After a thorough review, we couldn't locate an account linked to XXX. We kindly ask if you might have used an alternative email. If yes, kindly provide it to us so we can check it. If not, we recommend reaching out to Verizon to ascertain the email address associated with your account.

I have talked with Verizon chat multiple times and they keep saying they will open up a ticket. Going on 3 weeks now.

So frustrating.

Yeah, I did not think you had access to the NFL + system. I asked because I do not know how your subscription processes works. Since agents have me that question so often I figured it might be relevant.

This has now happened to me twice. NFL support first told me to go to Verizon. Verizon was useless and refused to help. It then started working on its own. Now it's broken again. I'm just going to demand Verizon credit me the cost of the subscription. I'd have been better off paying full price directly through the NFL.

I agree! I talked to Izzy from online support. They were very helpful but couldn't resolve the issue and really didn't expect that they could. They gave me a credit to my account and escalated my issue to what they called the IT team. So I went ahead and purchased the NFL + premium which is on sale right now for 6.99 for up to eight months. It's nice for things to just work. Watching Red Zone right now. If Verizon fixes the issue than great, I will cancel my month to month subscription deal through Google Play and use Verizon......maybe

I have the same issue as all others and I am using the only email address I use for Verizon and NFL. No chance I have another email addressed used.

It makes me really angry that they keep saying we need to provide another email. I used my account from Verizon and the same credentials. I just went through my credit card company and requested a refund. The lack of help and lack of handing off information for customer support by Verizon is unacceptable. Literally you get one response from a customer service rep that doesn't address the issue, and then they respond like a day later and then you never hear from them again. Very bad look for Verizon.

The Verizon support rep I was chatting with started actively trying to sell me a new line while allegedly working on my problem. I said no and they asked what was "holding me back from taking this great offer."

I'm about to just cancel my entire account lol

I'm having the same problem as everyone else on this board. NFL+ Premium purchased through Verizon doesn't link to my NFL+ account. I've contacted both Verizon and NFL support and both refer me to the other company.

I've purchased this subscription from NFL.com for years and never had a problem. This is beyond frustrating. Please reach out asap to resolve this issue or I'll be requesting refund via my credit card company.

My +plus nfl+ account is not working. I have paid for the service. I just want to watch football since I have paid Verizon 24.99 to do so as advertised. I saw a forum that several individuals are having this problem.

When I go to use the service it says I must pay again through NFL +. This feels like fraud and that I am getting robbed by Verizon of 24.99 to not watch football.

There is no error. It states I do not have NFL+ but I do have it through my Verizon plan. Your +play service does not work through NFL. They are stealing from your customers

May I know in which line are we going to work on?

Don't worry about it. I'm just gonna make complaints on the community wall to let people no not to pay for +play if they want to use the NFL+ portion. Cause it does not work.

I finally contacted the NFL customer service again and they were able to get my subscription working this time instead of sending me back to Verizon for help. Don't expect a refund, a Verizon agent informed me that they won't even do a bill credit due to the inconvenience of not using this service I purchased through them.

How were you able to get a hold of someone at NFL? The phone number Verizon gives tells you to go to the website and the website is just a chatbot. I've created like 5 tickets over the last 2 months and have yet to hear a response from them.

Same here. I subscribed for the Netflix / NFL+ bundle, see screenshot. Well, the NFL+ app and website do not recognize the subscription. I even tried creating a new account with another email, still doesn't work.

So I decided to go on Chat since the phone queue was long. Even though my account screen shows I have the Netflix / NFL+ Premium bundle, see attachment, 2 different Verizon CS reps told me I am NOT subscribed to NFL+ Premium, only NFL+. So is NFL+ basically the same as NFL app, which is free for everyone? Also, they say RedZone is NOT included, well not according to screenshot. Then they said it's on NFL's end, to take it up with them. Why would I do that if the Verizon reps even say I don't have the Premium subscription with includes RedZone. I got nowhere, as usual. So I took my chances with NFL support, which is worse and non-existent.

NFL support phone # is a recording directing me to their support website where I can supposedly ask a question that will be answered . Well, there is no such section, it's only FAQ's or Chat bot that directs you to the signup page, nothing to resolve subscription issues.

If Verizon reps can't read or are too lazy to see what I see on my account page. Or, Verizon screwed up, offered a bundle which NFL didn't agree to, and they are just dragging their feet to collect as much of subscriber $$ as they can before they correct it.
