I can no longer access the NFL+ Premium. It worked glitchy for weeks but now It acts like I don't have. membership. I contactedt support from NFL+ and NFL.com but they referred me to Verizon once we verified there were no changes made to my NFL account that would've impacted my subscription. In Verizon the subscription still shows active but still no access. I want a prorated refund and our complete cancellation. I'm super irritated at this point and won't use this service through Verizon every again.
