Hello, I switched over my 2 lines to Verizon back in June and I was told I would be given a $200 rebate per line switch after about 2-3 months. I called customer support about it back in October and the rep said that it should arrived soon and to keep checking my emails and spam folders. I’ve been checking everyday but nothing still even though it’s been 4 months. I’m upset that this happened and I was expecting better from Verizon because everything else about their services has been great so far.
Is there anything I can do or can anyone help me get this issue resolved?
