Can you please pass along thanks to Erica Jenkins's leaders? We had major issues with billing after updating our fios plan and were being overcharged. After multiple phone calls over several billing periods with only temporary remedies, I finally got Erica. She's amazing. She not only fixed our problem, but then continued to follow up over several billing cycles to ensure it remained correct. I was so frustrated I was ready to cancel service, but she saved a 13 year Fios customer. Thank you Erica! I wish I could thank you personally but I hope you get the recognition you deserve!

I spoke with multiple people from Verizon customer service over many days trying to get my billing corrected. I was finally connected to a manager Erica Jenkins and she was very helpful. After a few phone calls from her she sent me clarification on what my future bills will be.
I have now received my latest bill and it’s not correct. Erika Jenkins told me she would call me after I received my first bill to verify if my bill was correct. I’m asking if Erica Jenkins could you please call me, the last few digits on the account are 0001-71; (New York). Please Call Me.
