I sent my iPhone 13 back to UPS and UPS tracking shows that it was delivered to them, and then today I got a notice from Verizon saying that they never received the phone.
I see that this has happened to quite a few other people. Currently I can't even seem to get a Verizon support rep on the phone... I'm lost in their automated system. Does anyone have any suggestions? Today I tried to file a claim with UPS but they told me that, since Verizon created the shipping label, only Verizon can file the claim. ARGH. Someone from Verizon... please help me... I can't get past your automated help system, this is extremely frustrating.
