I signed up for the Home Internet deal. With the Deal, after a while you would receive a home pod or $200 gift card. I received an email stating it was time to redeem my reward and once I selected the $200 gift card the next screen said error. So I go back to the email to re-do the same thing again and the option was completely gone. I called Verizon and after being on the phone for an hour and an half, and after requesting a supervisor at least 4 times. The phone just hung up.
