Having trouble redeeming an offer for the $200 amazon gift card.

So I've received the email stating I can redeem the offer for either the show three device or a $200 Amazon gift card I selected the Amazon gift card and my screen just went blank and now the offer is unavailable. No confirmation email or any way to follow up. Any suggestions?

I’m unable to get any help on my gift card and rebate. There’s no email for the rebate just the Amazon gift card. But I can’t find it and the rebate has not come through.
