Amazon Echo Show 10 or $200 Amazon Gift Card offer

I have been unable to redeem this offer, i have followed all the links but it is simply not there. I was told to wait until i activate the internet, i did & i am still unable to redeem this. I have called customer service and was just told to wait. Very frustrating. Has anyone else been able to redeem this
