When trying to access my vmail from a phone other than mine, the keystokes are not recognized by vmail. I can hear the tones but the voicemail does not react. Therefore I cannot access my vmail if my phone is not with me. I have replicated the issue with my wife’s phone / vmail and have the same behavior. All of the suggested resets have been tried (network, phone) with no success. Any ideas are appreciated.
