I am in the army and currently deployed overseas, I just recieved my replacement phone after months of waiting. I cant log into my verizon account because my old phone is broken. Due to reasons I cannot disclose, I cant call the number used to set up my new phone. Please help I would love to just be able to contact my family easily and this is really inconvient.
