Call Logs

Hello, I have a situation going on with the FCC and my internet provider and I am trying to retrieve my call logs from now to roughly 2 years ago with transcripts. Is there somewhere I go or do I have to speak with someone to retrieve these? Can I message an employee about this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can access the last 18 months of printed bills on the Verizon website which include your call logs.

1. On the My Usage page, scroll down to Usage details.
2. Choose View previous usage on the right.
3. On the Data, talk and text activity page, choose a billing period at the top.
   
   Note: Here, you can choose View or Save printable bill (PDF)
