Now that I have gotten verizons attention, I cant send message, says I have reached my limit?

So, I got a message to contact this person . but when I try to send reply, it says I have reached the limit

of my messages even though i only sent two? another reason to leave verizon.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble sending a private message. Before trying to send your PM, please try highlighting all of the text in the message body and clicking on the "clear formatting" button located in the toolbar above the message body (the "clear formatting" button features an icon of an underlined capital letter T followed by a lowercase x).
