Cyber Monday Promotions Issues

This seems to be a pretty widespread issue. I signed up for LTE home service on Cyber Monday to take advantage of the Amazon Giftcard and Xbox Series S. The documentation says I must claim these within 60 days and the Xbox can be in-hand as soon as December 1, while the giftcard will be delivered 24-48 hours after registering. It says I will receive instructions after activating the service, but I have not received instructions on either one. This is frustrating and seems to be a common problem.

I’m having the same issue. I got the email about the gift card but not the xbox. We added the 5G home on Cyber Monday when the promo was for the xbox

Have a similar issue, ordered 5g home from the app, went to the Verizon store to pickup the equipment the next day, instead of giving me my order the associate signed me up for a new service and told me I was just signing for the existing order. Went home and activated the service and received the email for the gift card but the box on my account page never showed up to claim it.

Yeah you all told my you had to escalate the issue. Now I wait 7 to 10 business days. It's ridiculous that so many people have been having this same very issue! Sounds to me like someone needs to contact the government authorities

I’m also having the same issue and I’ve tried contacting assistance via chat 5 or 6 times! I received an email to redeem the Amazon gift card but the link doesn’t take me anywhere! And I also was supposed to receive an Apple TV 30 days after activating our new iPhone 15s which would have been about a week ago and still nothing. The chat uassurance has been SO unhelpful. Someone please help!

aswoods, below are the redemption steps for the gift card. There is a known issues with the tile appearing for customers and the anticipated date of correction for that issues is Dec. 13. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear after 12/13.

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.

5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

Note: Customers must verify email address

Finally got a call back from a very knowledgeable and helpful supervisor and got multiple issues resolved. Hallelujah! Been dealing with this since cyber Monday.

have had several chats and calls, the agents have different answers every time. It’s very frustrating, in the end the solution is wait 5-7 days for the email code for the Xbox but that never happens. And then the same cycle again…1 hour with the new agent trying to get answers and then the same solution “….GOOD NEWS case has been escalated and you will get your code within 5-7days to redeem for the Xbox”

It’s disappointing how they come up with these promotions to lure customers and then give the run around
