When I signed up, the promotion I was offered a $200 Home Depot Gift Card and $150 Verizon Gift Card. This was back in June/July of this year. I never received either one. I contacted Verizon and was told that they would re-issue them within the next 15 days. I still did not receive them. Contacted Verizon again today and was told they could still see that I was eligible, transferred me to someone in the Fios customer service who also confirmed I was still eligible, but was then transferred once again to someone who I was told could manually process this. This person told me I was no longer eligible for the Home Depot card and would have to accept another Verizon gift card instead or she would just process the $150. I have no other option and I have to wait another 15-30 days to receive an email to redeem them. I've seen many complaints about redeeming through the emails. This seems to be a scheme to get people to sign up and not follow through.
