Xbox series s offer missing

Hello. I switched to Verizon Home Internet on cyber Monday. The promotion was for an xbox s AND the choice of an Amazon gift card or Amazon echo. I received the email for the gift card redemption but have not received the Xbox S email. I’ve seen some posts stating that we have to wait 60 or so days but that’s not at all what the promotion or my email confirmation says. Does anyone have an answer to this issue?

Having the same issue. Have tried chatting with numerous agents with no help.

I got a response this afternoon via private note. They said they are aware of the issue and it should be resolved by 12/13 for us to redeem it.

hunterspaw, we're sorry about the issues with the redemption. There's a know issue and a fix planned for 12/13/23. You will bea ble to redeem after that date through the My Verizon app or website.

I’ve signed up for the same promotion on the 19th but still having the same issue as you. Have you been able to redeem your Xbox?
