Hello, I activated my 5G home internet a few days ago but have not yet received an email on how to select my gift card. Is there a link somewhere?
I have called 2times and still have no email for either offer
Good morning. We want to make sure you're able to get the help you need with your $200.00 gift card. You'll receive an e-mail or you can go to your My Verizon app or website to redeem via a tile. There is an issue where some customers are not being given the option to redeem, but a planned fix is coming on 12/13/23. We hope you have a happy Holiday season!

I still have seen nothing. Nothing is showing in my app and I have not received a gift card. I am owed a $200 Amazon gift card and a $100 Verizon gift card. If I do not receive soon I’ll be cancelling.

Alright so if you sign-in via a browser into My Verizon, then scroll down to the section of the main page called 'Make the Most of your Plans' do you see a tile there for the Amazon promo? That's where you can claim the reward and choose the gift card. If you've not checked this via a browser, please do so, then let us know what you find.

No, there is no tile with mention of the giftcard.

My offer was to get an email from Verizon now I have to go find the offer and accept it
