How do I apply for my Amazon gift card I was promise?
To redeem, please Sign in to your My Verizon (online or app). Navigate to the My Verizon account page. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans. From there, make your choice between the Amazon Echo Show or the $200.00 Amazon Gift Card and proceed with the redemption steps.
There is a known issue where some customers are having problems redeeming or don't see a tile. A planned fix is coming on 12/13/2023 and you'll be able to redeem then. We hope you have a great Holiday season!
