How do I view documents that I download? Since the most recent update, the doc will download, but I can't open anything. Help please!
We're sorry to read about your issue with downloading items. What device are you on? Do you get any error when trying to open the file after it has downloaded? ~Peter

No errors are received. The document shows as downloaded and I can find them in the downloads folder. However I'm not able to open from there either.
Thanks for those details. As far as the update, is this the most recent software version that was released last month? What type of files are you trying to open?

Yes the most recent update. Primary files that i'm trying to download and open are PDF.
Thank you for the information. Have you tried downloading an app that's able to open PDF files? We can't recommend a specific app, but there's a few in the Play Store that you might want to try. We're sure this'll take care of concern and allow you to open your documents.

Why should I have to download an app when I didn't need to prior to the recent update? Very frustrating.
