So Verizon had a deal where upgrading your phone on our plan would get you $830 trade in value for ANY iPhone in ANY condition!
so I went into Best Buy and picked up 3 15 pro max phones. One for me, one for my wife and one for our daughter. Best Buy said they can’t do the trade in but I could do it online.
Now I am trying to trade the phones in I am not getting the value. Every agent I talk to says I am eligible for the $830 but they can’t get it setup until I send the phones in. If I send the phones in and they can’t correct it I can’t get my phones back.
sooooo what can I do?
last time I had an offer for an iPad they did the same thing, they told me I was eligible and they would correct it but in the end they did not. I spent hours trying to get it correct and nothing even though the agents said it I was eligible.
I am not willing to cross my fingers and hope for the best!!
I have been a customer for 9 years this time and before I lived over seas I was a customer for 7 years. I had loyalty but how can I stay with a company that doesn’t honor their agreements?!
