Has anyone had any success in finding out how to register for the $200 gift card after switching over to Verizon 5G? I have looked everywhere and don’t see it on the app.
Hello, Tmckenzie09, thanks for reaching out with regard to the Amazon gift card offer. I'm sorry for the trouble when trying to redeem your gift card. We are aware of this issue and we have a fix that is set to go into place on 12/13. Please keep an eye on your email as you will receive additional details to redeem your gift card.

I see it in my account but I don’t know the promo code . Where do I get the promo code?
Tmckenzie You should not need a promo code to redeem the offer. It should be an offer "tile" that you click and enter your information. Let us know if you're still not able to redeem it. ~Peter
Well, I just checked my account and was charged $200 for a gift card. I looked at the return policy and it says Verizon will charge me a $50 restocking fee if I return the gift card. Please advise.
