I need to file a claim about a Verizon store located

6436 Trading Sq, Haymarket, VA 20169

i went to this store to set up my WiFi installation and I was told they couldn’t schedule it until a month from October 15 . The person at this store told me I could get a hot spot device to use before installation and pay service fee and return it when my service is installed. I went back to the store to return the device TCL and the person had left the country to go to India and the person I found there told me I Owe $340 if I stopped service . I am trying to reach someone who can help since I never signed any agreement not did I want a device to pay off slowly. I asked questions when I was getting the device and the person told me I can return it anytime please help or guide me where I can file a complaint
