Hi - I called and placed an order - upgraded iphones and was told about the home internet promotion - 200 amazon gift card and free xbox-s. I went ahead with all - was told I would be charged for the xbox and then would get a credit back in the next billing cycle. I did get the gift card email and have activated. The xbox arrived and I was charged - now I am really concerned about what I need to do to make sure that I get the 267.00 for the credited back on my next bill.
