Text/Voice From ATT Being Missed

I intermittently am not getting text messages sent from AT&T devices. It's not consistently a problem and is intermittent.

Sometimes the phone rings, sometimes it does not.

Sometimes I get the text message, sometimes it does not.\

Phone is a Motorola 5G Ace.

Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?

I have Verizon unlimited.

When texts get missed, they are always from AT&T numbers.

Verizon service levels have been steadily declining. Voice quality is getting worse. I have terrible coverage near my home. This was supposed to get fixed and never did. Calls routinely get dropped.

At this point, I'm inclined to go back to AT&T because they have financials incentives or buy through one of your remarketers. If I am going to have lousy service, why pay a premium for it?

That is indeed a strange occurrence that this always seems to be from AT&T numbers, AllenWrench. It's also concerning to hear that you've been having trouble with voice calls and coverage near your home. I know how much I rely on my phone to work while I am at home.
