My wife and I upgraded our older phones during the father's day promotion. We were sold on the Galaxy S23 ultra since we would be getting a free Samsung 43" TV with activation. We waited the 65 day activation and upon receiving the email to redeem the offer I was unable to on their app. My wife has spoken with them most a dozen times since September 5th and has been lied to almost a dozen times. They keep weaseling their way around fulfilling their part of the promotion. Customer service is no help and I hate to say this but their promotions are false advertising to upgrade you.
