Where is the code to claim the switcher rebate on my receipt?

In order to claim this rebate, the site says I need a code. There is absolutely nothing on my receipt about a code. How can I claim this rebate? $400 is on the line.

That is a lot of money and who would not want an extra $400 in their pocket going into the new year! When did you switch? If that was since 10/4/2023 then the rebate code would be VZ200SWITCH23. Visit vzw.com/rebate and enter the purchase date and the promo code.
